| What is the difference between the Business Assistance and Personal Assistance? | |
| Business Assistants are skilled professionals that can perform analysis in Excel, create presentations in PowerPoint, do detailed subject matter research. You are assigned a specific virtual personal assistant that you develop an ongoing working relationship with. If you like, your Dedicated Assistant would also be more than happy to help with personal tasks such as restaurant reservations and travel bookings. You are billed by the minute for the actual time used.
Personal Assistance is geared towards consumers that are looking for a little bit help throughout the day. The team is there to help with appointment setting, dealing with 3rd party customer service, basic research tasks, etc. It is a pooled service so the next free personal assistant works on your request. Requests should be related to lifestyle management and not take up more than 20-30 minutes of your virtual assistant's time. |

| Is there an initiation or start-up fee? | |
| No. There is no fee to join. You pay a monthly subscription fee as detailed on the sign-up page. | |
| How do I interact with a Rent A Smile Personal Assistant? | |
| Treat the RAS personal assistants as you would your assistant at the office. Send an email to request@rentasmile.com from your email ID registered with us or call us. Give a clear and detailed description of your task or request and also provide any guidance you have (data sources, people to call, etc.) on how to go about executing it. We will always strive hard and do our best to complete your task or request in the most desired fashion. |

| How safe is my data? | |
| You may rest assured that we will not share your confidential information with anyone under any circumstances and will do everything in our ability to protect the information. We have a highly secure data center keeping all of your data safe and protected. All our personal assistants have signed an NDA with us and we maintain strict privacy rules. | |
| How do I know RAS has received my email request? | |
| We will send you a confirmation email within fifteen minutes. | |
| How does RAS charge for messenger / time services? | |
| Rates are based on distance traveled, weight of items and duration and time of request. Your authorization is required before any additional services are performed / billed. | |
| Does unused time or requests roll-over to the next month? | |
| No, unused time or requests expire at the month end of your billing cycle. | |
| How much notice do I have to give in order to stop my membership? | |
| You can cancel service at any time by emailing, calling, or unsubscribing via the Portal before your next billing cycle begins. | |
| Can I share my membership with other people? | |
| Dedicated Assistant plans can be shared amongst anyone in your office, family or circle of friends. 24/7 plans are set up as individual accounts and cannot be shared with others. |

| Can people sign up who are outside of the US, Canada, UK or Australia? | |
| Yes. RAS does currently service members from around the world but our requests must be English-based (e.g., we can't call a shop in Germany and speak to them in German). |

| What is RAS’s refund policy? | |
| Once membership fees have been processed, we are unable to grant refunds. If you plan on discontinuing membership, please make sure you do so before the start of your next billing cycle. | |
| Can RAS perform work in languages other than English? | |
| Our agents can currently only handle requests submitted in English. | |
| Are there any numbers in the US, Canada or UK that RAS can’t call? | |
| RAS is unable to call premium or pay-per-minute numbers (e.g., 1-900 in the US and 0844, 0870, 0871, 09 in the UK). | |
| How much time will it take for a normal request to be answered? | |
| We will reply to your request within 4-8 hours, and if we can get you an answer sooner we surely will. |
