Purchases and Bill Payments

The Rent A Smile portal gives you the ability to store multiple credit cards on our system safely and securely. Our virtual assistants can then access those details to make any purchases on your behalf or to make your bill payments such as utility bills. If this is something you prefer doing by yourself (which we very much doubt you would), your virtual personal assistant can send you an email or call you when due dates arrive to remind you of bills to be paid.

As bills are paid, we can enter the transactions into accounting software, reconcile bank statements, enter credit card transactions, make and/or enter deposits and prepare end of month reports. Accounts can be set-up via on-line banking and all banking transactions can be downloaded on a weekly, bimonthly, or monthly basis.

	Ordering your groceries at scheduled intervals
	Ordering flowers for your loved ones
	Recommending and purchasing gits on special occasions
	Scouring the Internet for that hard to find item and purchasing it on your behalf
