- Call Cable Company: Call Time Warner Cable and get a live technical support person on the line. When you do, call my office number and patch me in.
- Update/Cancel Subscriptions: Figure out how to update the mailing address for my Business Week subscription.
- Account Balances: The Wall Street Journal was supposed to credit my account for one week’s worth of subscriptions but I don’t see the credit. Please call them and ask what is going on.
- Online Purchases: Log into Amazon.com using my details and order the book Get Things Done, by David Allen.
- Phone-in Purchases: Call J.Crew and order me the Cotton cable crewneck sweater in faded

- Flowers: My wife's birthday is on Friday. Can you please have a dozen blue tulips delivered to her office? The address is stored in my contacts.
- Restaurant Reservations: I’m in Bergen, Norway. I currently have 8PM reservations for 2 people at Wesselstuen. Please switch reservation to Bølgen & Moi Lysverket if possible.
