Our Personal Virtual Assistant program gives busy people the resources of a 24/7 personal assistant, travel agent and lifestyle management agent available via email, telephone and live chat. Members are invited to submit requests at any time over email, web forms, live chat or telephone to our pool of general personal assistants / virtual assistants. We define a request as a lifestyle management task to be carried out by our virtual assistants via the phone or internet on your behalf.

Requests are worked on for about 20-30 minutes, at which point your personal virtual assistant will send back our output/findings to you. Requests are answered in the order received with consideration given for timeliness required. For urgent attention, call in or write "ASAP" on your request and we will answer it within 2 hours.

Rent A Smile’s affordable personal virtual assistant service is available across the US, Canada UK, Australia and wherever else our virtual assistants can execute requests for our members in English. Rent A Smile membership provides access to our broad base of personal virtual assistants, including access to our Projects team which has specialized experience with each task and can take on larger tasks/projects. The billing for projects is done on a per hour basis. There are joining fees for any of our virtual assistant plans and no annual contracts / commitments.
